Trainer

Job Summary:
Responsible for conducting training sessions for new hires and existing employees within a healthcare account to ensure compliance, readiness, and performance standards are met. This is a project-based role and employment will be aligned with project requirements and duration.
Qualifications:

• At least 1–2 years of experience in training or facilitation, preferably in a healthcare or BPO environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office tools

• Presentation and facilitation skills
• Coaching and mentoring ability
• Good time management and adaptability
• Ability to understand and communicate healthcare-related processes and compliance requirements

• Conduct onboarding and skills training for healthcare account employees
• Prepare and update training materials, modules, and job aids
• Monitor trainee progress and training effectiveness
• Provide feedback, coaching, and support for continuous improvement
• Ensure training content aligns with healthcare account requirements and compliance standards
