Project-Based Position (Healthcare Account)
Job Summary:
Responsible for conducting training sessions for new hires and existing employees within a healthcare account to ensure compliance, readiness, and performance standards are met. This is a project-based role and employment will be aligned with project requirements and duration.
Qualifications:
- At least 1–2 years of experience in training or facilitation, preferably in a healthcare or BPO environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office tools
- Presentation and facilitation skills
- Coaching and mentoring ability
- Good time management and adaptability
- Ability to understand and communicate healthcare-related processes and compliance requirements
- Conduct onboarding and skills training for healthcare account employees
- Prepare and update training materials, modules, and job aids
- Monitor trainee progress and training effectiveness
- Provide feedback, coaching, and support for continuous improvement
- Ensure training content aligns with healthcare account requirements and compliance standards
