-Project: 600 MW Solar plant
-Site-based
-Interview Process: 1 Panel F2F interview in their HQ in Cavite
This role will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of renewable energy projects from inception to completion. The role ensures that projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to quality and performance standards.

-Budget and Risk Control
-Quality and Safety Assurance
-Documentation and Reporting
Qualifications:
-Bachelors degree in Engineering, Licensed would be an advantage.
-Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, preferably in Solar
-Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
-Familiarity with relevant energy regulations, permitting processes, and grid interconnection requirements.
-PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
-Must be willing to be based in the site
