Job Description

  • Manage end‑to‑end back‑office activities for the product line, including customer subscriptions and supplier processes.
  • Handle contract setup, billing, and data management in SAP.
  • Process and maintain large volumes of customer and contract data for a global customer base.
  • Coordinate and collect all required internal approvals (Compliance, Legal, Finance, Tax, Treasury, Insurance, etc.) in line with established policies and regulations.
  • Migrate customers and orders from the legacy ERP system to SAP.
  • Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate contract processing.
  • Support shared mailboxes and Salesforce queues related to sales and customer requests.
  • Document best practices and actively suggest process improvements.

The Successful Applicant

  • Relevant university or bachelor degree in Business Administration (or equivalent).
  • You have at least 2-3 years of experience in back‑office, operations, or a similar role within an international, fast‑paced environment.
  • You have experience with SAP.
  • Hands‑on, proactive, and self‑motivated, with a positive can‑do mindset and the ability to work effectively under pressure while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • You are immediately available for a new challenge.
