Job Description

职位来源于实习僧。

1、负责公司小红书/官网/微信的运营、包括选题策划、撰文执行、发布、维护、管理、互动、提高影响力和关注度； 2、各类文案撰写与调整，包括媒体新闻稿、专题稿、公众号文案等； 3、熟悉小红书/公众号等平台运营，协助数字艺术媒体的选题和内容编辑； 4、图片和视频素材采集； 5、市场部宣发方案资料收集+调研。 6、分析行业动态、市场趋势、热门话题、站内活动等。 7、完成领导交待的其他事项。任职要求： 1、一周工作4天以上，实习期3个月以上，需线下办公 2、传播、新闻、公共关系等相关专业优先，有海外留学背景优先 3、具备运营推广经验，若自己具备一定粉丝量或运营过账号优先；熟悉各平台操作模式、管理规划和运营流程； 3、熟悉平台机制，逻辑思维能力强，对于笔记热点有敏感度，善于把握平台发展方向，具有创新能力，不断挖掘平台热点； 4、熟悉剪辑、账号运营。 5、喜欢数字艺术，对数字艺术领域有一定的认知。

120-150/天
