Job Summary

Prepare and assure the proclamation dossier, specifications of raw materials, additives and finished in compliance with regulations, standards

Job Responsibilities

Collect information and documents from relevant departments (RD, MKT, MPO, etc.), fill in and provide labeling information according to the instructions of the direct management level (new products with changes in production process, design changes in quantity/type of semi-finished products, testing new raw materials/additives, etc.)

Check product label samples to match labeling information

Conduct assessment and selection of food safety indicators in accordance with regulations according to the instructions of the direct management level. Submit samples for testing according to the prescribed indicators. Collect data on product quality from FOR, PKG, Micro, QA, KTCN groups throughout the product research and development process and in-depth research documents to have correct and sufficient data according to DOE.

Conduct assessment and update internal data on compliance with additives and raw materials according to the instructions of the direct management level. Synthesize information on compliance assessment of the use of raw materials and additives for required products from internal data on assessment of additives and raw materials

Prepare product/semi-finished product declaration dossier according to prescribed form. Propose reference declaration range based on collected product quality data.

Arrange and store product declaration dossiers, inspection results and legal documents

Find and evaluate scientific evidence to support marketing claims

Develop and issue regulations and guidelines on regulations for relevant departments / internal use. Periodically review and ensure the implementation of these guidelines.

Give solutions, advise and support manager in solving issues related to regulatory affairs, specification

Other requirements: At least 3 years of equivalent experience
