Job Description
Mô tả công việc
- Lập kế hoạch (lịch) kiểm soát chất lượng;
- Thực hiện kiểm soát các hoạt động liên quan đào tạo, xác định các sai lỗi thường xảy ra của quá trình dựa vào hồ sơ, dữ liệu các hoạt động đã thực hiện (báo cáo các điểm không phù hợp)
- Báo cáo hoạt động kiểm soát chất lượng hàng tháng;
- Thu thập dữ liệu, tính toán các chỉ tiêu quá trình;
- Thu thập, xử lý các ý kiến sinh viên;
- Thực hiện khảo sát mức độ hài lòng Sinh viên từng học kỳ;
- Tham gia các kỳ đánh giá nội bộ, đánh giá bên ngoài của BVC.
