The Analytics Manager will transform data into actionable insights and value for the organization. This role is responsible for building and enhancing data visualization dashboards, ensuring accurate data configuration and client-specific input mapping, and driving the analytics strategy to support business decision-making. The position will play a key role in enabling data-driven strategies by collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet client and business requirements.

Accountabilities / Key Responsibilities

• Dashboard Development: Gather business requirements, design, and build interactive dashboards in Power BI; ensure data accuracy, usability, and performance optimization.
• Data Infrastructure & Governance: Oversee the development and maintenance of data warehouses, dashboards, and reporting systems; ensure data quality, governance, and security protocols are upheld.
• Insights & Recommendations: Translate complex datasets into clear business narratives and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Data Configuration & Mapping: Configure system settings, map data sources, and validate relationships to ensure consistency and alignment with project needs.
• Quality & Accuracy: Test, review, and maintain dashboard integrity; resolve discrepancies and apply feedback to continuously improve analytics outputs.
• Collaboration: Work with Account Management, Product, and Tech teams to deliver actionable insights; align dashboards with evolving business and client requirements.
• Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing analytics team to strengthen expertise in visualization, data processing, and analytics best practices and BI trends. Drive automation and scalability of reporting and analytical capabilities.
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS / COMPETENCIES

Qualifications

Minimum bachelor’s degree in Data science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

MBA or postgraduate certification in analytics or digital transformation is a plus.

Experience

Minimum 4-7 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data visualization roles.

Proven experience managing end-to-end analytics or BI projects, preferably in a fast-paced or client-focused environment.

Demonstrated successful implementation of multiple dashboard or analytics projects.

Experience working within large CPG or Retail or Ecommerce companies preferred.

Skills / Competencies

Technical Competencies / Skills

Strong proficiency in Power BI, data modelling, and visualization best practices.

Solid understanding of SQL and data transformation techniques.

Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.

Experience in data configuration, mapping, and maintaining complex data relationships.

Ability to analyse large datasets, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python) for data manipulation is a plus.
