Job Description

handle the pricing computation for SPF
negotiation
processing of PO
safekeeping of supplier and price database
coordinate with consolidators/forwarders and brokers
handle monitoring of shipment

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or any related field.

Experience

At least 35 years experience in procurement, purchasing, logistics coordination, or import/export operations (experience in handling suppliers, brokers, and shipment tracking is an advantage).

Skills And Competencies

Strong analytical and negotiation skills
Knowledge in pricing computation, cost analysis, and PO processing
Familiarity with import/export documentation and shipment monitoring
Proficient in MS Excel or other data management tools (for database maintenance)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Good communication and coordination abilities with internal and external partners
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
