Description : Rôle & Missions

Accompagner vers la réussite et former des futurs animateurs et directeurs à l’exercice de fonctions à responsabilité auprès d’un public de 3 à 16 ans.
Encadrer des sessions de formation BAFA & BAFD par un travail en équipe visant la mise en œuvre d’un projet donnant du sens aux actions de chacun.
Participer à la vie collective, proposer des interventions adaptées, conduire des séances d’évaluation et mettre en œuvre les conditions d’une vie quotidienne partagée.
