Mô tả công việc

Lập kế hoạch tuyển dụng theo năm/quý/tháng.
Thiết lập các kênh tuyển dụng mất phí và miễn phí như: mạng xã hội như Facebook, skype, Linkedin,…; vietnamworks; tuyendungnhanh…
Đăng tuyển, tiếp nhận, sàng lọc, lưu trữ hồ sơ và phối hợp với các Trưởng bộ phận tiến hành phỏng vấn, lựa chọn ứng viên phù hợp theo đúng kế hoạch. Lập danh sách đánh giá kết quả tuyển dụng, thử việc trình duyệt tiếp nhận.
Làm các thủ tục tiếp nhận nhân sự.
Khảo sát nhu cầu đào tạo, lập kế hoạch đào tạo phát triển nguồn nhân lực.
Xây dựng các chương trình đào tạo phù hợp. Tiến hành tổ chức đào tạo nghiệp vụ, đào tạo nâng cao cho CBNV.
