We’re looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives – Financial Account to join our growing team! If you have a strong background in financial customer service, handling complaints, and assisting customers experiencing financial hardship, we’d love to hear from you.

ARE YOU QUALIFIED?
At least 3 years of financial customer service experience in a BPO/call center
Experience handling customer complaints and financial hardship cases
Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills
Stable employment history with no employment gaps
YOUR ROLE
Handle incoming customer inquiries and support requests
Assist with billing, invoices, payments, and account concerns
Address customer complaints and provide effective solutionsHelp ensure an excellent customer experience while meeting performance targets
