Role Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery of Finance & Accounting operations across multiple clients and sites, covering R2R/GL, AP, AR, Billing, and Reporting Support. Responsible for SLA performance, operational excellence, team leadership, and continuous improvement while supporting client onboarding and operational expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily F&A operations including:

GL/R2R activities and month-end close support

AP processing, AR support, billing, and reconciliations

Ensure SLA compliance, quality, productivity, and backlog management.

Lead and develop Team Leads, SMEs, and operations staff across multiple sites.

Oversee workforce planning, scheduling, hiring, onboarding, and performance management.

Maintain audit readiness, process controls, and compliance with client policies and accounting standards.

Drive process improvements, workflow optimization, and operational efficiency initiatives.

Support client transitions, SOP creation, KT plans, dashboards, and operational governance calls.

Qualifications

Required

710+ years in F&A operations within BPO/shared services/captive environments.

35+ years of people leadership experience.

Strong experience in at least two F&A functions (R2R, AP, AR).

Hands-on exposure to month-end close, reconciliations, and/or high-volume AP/AR operations.

Strong operational management skills in SLA, productivity, QA, and client communication.

Preferred

Exposure to US/AU/UK clients and shifts.

CPA/CMA/ACCA/CA certification is a plus.

Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, and advanced Excel.

Transition or migration support experience.
