Role Overview

The Procurement and Project Management Intern will support the team in sourcing suppliers, document ongoing projects, and assisting with inventory management. The intern will gain hands-on experience in procurement processes, project documentation, and operational coordination for events and project implementation.

Key Roles And Responsibilities

  • Supplier Sourcing and Procurement Assistance

Assist in identifying and researching potential suppliers for upcoming events and projects.

Request quotations, proposals, and product/service details from suppliers.

Maintain and update a supplier database including contact information, pricing, and services offered.

Help compare supplier quotations and prepare summary reports for evaluation.

Support the procurement team in coordinating with suppliers regarding availability, delivery schedules, and requirements.

  • Project Monitoring and Documentation

Help prepare project reports, meeting notes, and progress summaries.

Support the team in organizing project-related files, photos, permits, and documentation.

Assist in coordinating with project team members to gather updates and information.

  • Inventory Management Assistance

Assist in tracking inventory of materials, equipment, and project supplies.

Help record inventory movement including issuance, return, and replenishment.

Conduct periodic inventory checks and report discrepancies if any.

Maintain organized records of inventory logs and asset lists.

Additional Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the procurement and project management team when needed.

Assist in preparing spreadsheets, documentation, and presentations related to projects.

Help coordinate logistics for events or project activities when required.

Skills And Qualifications (Preferred)

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related fields.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.

Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Good communication and coordination abilities.

Detail-oriented and willing to learn in a fast-paced project environment.
