Job Description

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of plant facilities, refrigeration, and air-conditioning systems (HVAC).
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration equipment.
Ensure equipment and utilities operate safely and efficiently.
Conduct routine inspections and monitor plant performance.
Support installation, calibration, and testing of new equipment.
Comply with safety, GMP, and company standards during maintenance activities.
Graduate of a vocational course or technical training (Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning, Electrical, Mechanical).
With TESDA NC II certificate in DOMRAC (Domestic Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning), RAC, or related field.
Preferably with experience in plant maintenance, refrigeration, or cold storage facilities (but open to fresh graduates with NC II).
Strong knowledge in troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and overtime if required.
Amenable to work in Taytay, Rizal.
