We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Marketing Specialist to oversee the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves managing timelines and deliverables, and has a passion for turning strategic marketing plans into impactful, measurable results.
Responsibilities
Execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, paid media, and traditional channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, content, product, sales, and analytics) to ensure timely and cohesive campaign delivery.
Coordinate campaign assets including copy, creative, and targeting parameters ensuring all materials align with brand standards and campaign objectives.
Set up, launch, and monitor campaigns in platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Manage campaign calendars, budgets, and timelines to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Support A/B testing and continuous improvement of campaign elements such as messaging, creative, and targeting.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.) and brand guidelines across all executions.
Requirements And Skills
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
24 years of experience in marketing campaign coordination, execution, or digital marketing.
