Job Description

Install, inspect, and maintain refrigeration, air conditioning, and cooling systems.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in systems.
Repair and replace defective parts and components.
Conduct regular preventive maintenance.
Monitor and record operating conditions and performance.
Follow safety procedures and environmental regulations.
Keep accurate service records and maintenance logs.
Collaborate with other maintenance staff to resolve complex issues.
Vocational or technical course graduate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technology (or related field).
TESDA NCII in RAC Servicing is an advantage.
At least 1 year of experience in refrigeration/air conditioning maintenance (open to fresh graduates if technically skilled).
Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
Knowledgeable in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues.
Physically fit to perform manual work and handle tools/equipment.
Amenable to shifting schedules, overtime, and on-call duties.
