Your ‘day to day’

• Run, execute, and maintain Site Integrated Planning (SIP) processes for local Manufacturing sites in a sustainable & efficient way to ensure the delivery of the Best Executional Plan by optimizing human and machine resources.
• Collect the required capacity and availability parameters and leverage them to accomplish an efficient scheduling in factories by allocating production volumes to particular machine types and single production lines according to the established planning principles and consider production constraints.
• Adhere to capacity, production, and material availability constraints while minimizing delayed or missed production and last moment short-term planning changes.
• Lead and participate in the assigned Supply Chain or Cross functional projects targeting to deliver productivity and/or efficiency in the processes.
  
  

Who We’re Looking For

• You must have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related courses.
• You have the ability to manage various levels of stakeholders and you highly pay attention to details.
• You are an analytical thinker, has a strong background in advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• You are also willing to learn fast.
• Background in planning, demand planning, logistics, production, and capacity planning is a plus
  
  

Work Location and Schedule

You must be amenable to be assigned in Batangas Plant, with Mondays to Fridays, 8:00am to 5:00pm shift
