What You can expect as PPS, Procurement, IC Business Executive

• Ensure planning of production of all customer orders; ensure close alignment with the different BU’s sales counterparts and prioritization in case of order overload in production
• Ensure availability of raw materials and the correct storage of all feedstock
• Ensure process orders for the right and appropriate lot size.
• Monitor semi-finished products and slow moving items .
• Ensure efficient use of over productions and reclamations .
• Ensure increases in efficiency and capacity of the entrusted equipment and utilities and improvements in the operational procedures
• Drive smooth intercompany order processing and continuously improve on internal customer supply and relationships
• Support relevant Project implementation
• Conduct monthly and quarterly closing
• Provide/develop regular reports, KPI’s and inventory
• Participate and support in audits
• Support processing of reclamations
• Managing DIO
• Taking lead for S&OP meeting
• Ensure relevant master data and system data up to date
• Improve and sustain IFOT & SL
• Support in Stock take activities
  
  

• Related University degree
• Min. 6 years progressive experience in relevant field
• Advance Excel Skill
