DESCRIÇÃO
O zelador é responsável por garantir o bom funcionamento e a conservação do prédio. Suas atividades básicas incluem acompanhar serviços de limpeza e manutenção, inspecionar áreas comuns, identificar problemas (elétricos, hidráulicos ou estruturais) e acionar profissionais quando necessário, além de orientar funcionários e atender demandas de moradores ou usuários. Também zela pelo cumprimento das normas internas e pela segurança do local.
