Lead large‑scale business process improvement and systemization initiatives
Translate complex business operations into clear requirements and workflows
Drive BPM system implementation from concept through release
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and internal engineering teams
Own project delivery with strong visibility, impact, and long‑term continuity

Proven experience managing system operations in complex business environments
Hands‑on management experience as a project manager or senior engineer
Strong track record in WBS creation, progress tracking, and delivery control
Able to translate business workflows into clear, actionable requirements
Structured, proactive leader comfortable working with cross‑functional teams
