IR Operations Manager

We are looking for a structured and self‑driven person who wants to work operationally with Investor Relations (IR) in a central role. You will be the hub of Eltel’s IR communication, ensuring high quality, clarity and consistency in everything from financial reporting to external communication.

The role involves close collaboration with Finance, the Chief Legal Officer and executive management, as well as external suppliers. You will independently drive projects related to financial and regulatory communication. You report to, and work closely with, the Communications Director, who is part of the Group Management Team.

Your responsibilities

As IR Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring Eltel’s financial communication and corporate dialogue with the market. You will lead the entire process surrounding the Annual Report, from project management and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensuring a delivery of the highest quality. You will also be involved in sustainability reporting, preferably with experience in ESRS, contributing to transparent and modern reporting at Group level.

In the daily IR work, you are responsible for developing and maintaining templates for interim reports, as well as overseeing the structure for Eltel’s IR annual cycle and key calendar activities. You publish and assure the quality of press releases, AGM notices and other regulatory corporate communication, while also developing and managing the company’s IR website in WordPress.

The role also includes creative and visual responsibility. You own and further develop Eltel’s visual identity, templates and image bank, and you produce presentations and other materials that strengthen the company’s equity story. You prepare shareholder information in external tools and support preparations for the Annual General Meeting, capital markets days, roadshows and other IR events.

Additionally, you will contribute to developing Eltel’s external communication for example by adapting press releases into content for digital channels and lead internal initiatives that strengthen communication and the brand across the organisation. Your background

• Experience in Investor Relations within a listed environment, with knowledge of stock exchange regulations
• Documented experience in project managing Annual Reports
• Experience with CtrlPrint as well as working with InDesign and InCopy
• Excellent proficiency in Swedish or Finnish and English, both spoken and written
• Strong understanding of financial reporting
• Meritorious: experience in sustainability reporting (ESRS)
• Meritorious: knowledge of SEO and digital communication

This is a permanent full‑time position, approx. start in October 2026. The role is based at Eltel’s headquarters in Bromma, Stockholm.
