With offices in Riverside and Glendale, California, we represent clients in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in all phases of Civil Defense Litigation (Businesses, Personal Injury, Personal Injury, Public Entities and Individuals)
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Handle depositions, hearings, trials, and mediations.
• Develop and implement defense strategies, negotiate settlements, and make court appearances.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a comprehensive defense strategy.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and advice on legal matters.
• Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
  

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• 2+ years of experience in civil litigation, Insurance Defense, Personal Injury or Public Entity Defense
• Active CA Bar License
• Strong knowledge of civil defense litigation and insurance defense procedures and practices.
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong advocacy skills in the courtroom.
• Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
