Job Description

¿Te apasiona la atención al cliente y quieres adquirir experiencia en el sector hotelero? En ABBA Hoteles Gijón buscamos un Ayudante de Recepción.

Funciones Principales

Atención al cliente presencial, telefónica y por email.
Gestión de check-in y check-out.
Gestión y seguimiento de reservas individuales.
Control de cargos, facturación y cobros.
Gestión del correo electrónico de recepción.
Coordinación con otros departamentos del hotel.
Apoyo en la gestión de grupos y eventos.
Revisión de disponibilidad y canales de venta online (OTAs).

Requisitos mínimos

¿Qué buscamos?

Estudiantes de Turismo, Hostelería o similar
Valorable experiencia previa en puesto similar
Actitud proactiva y ganas de aprender
Nivel medio-alto de inglés (otros idiomas serán valorados)
Habilidades comunicativas y orientación al cliente
