Senior Staff Engineer Product Engineering

As a Senior Staff Engineer, Product Engineering, you will lead new product introductions (NPI), drive yield and quality improvements, and collaborate across design, process, test, reliability, and manufacturing teams to bring cutting-edge products from development to high-volume production. This role offers the opportunity to solve complex technical challenges, influence manufacturing excellence, and support new business growth opportunities through product derivatives and qualification programs.

Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and provide production support engineering throughout the product lifecycle.
• Provide technical expertise and engineering guidance to ensure the timely and efficient resolution of product and manufacturing issues, enabling successful achievement of project milestones and timelines.
• Collaborate closely with Design, Process, Test, Reliability, and Manufacturing Engineering teams to resolve product-related issues and production challenges, with a focus on improving yield, process stability, and product quality.
• Drive and sustain continuous process improvements to optimize manufacturing efficiency, reduce production costs, and increase yield performance.
• Support product derivative bring-up from the existing product portfolio to enable New Sales Opportunities (NSO), customer-specific requirements, and additional product qualification activities.
  
  

Your profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor, electronics, or related manufacturing industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, demonstrating adaptability and sound decision-making.
• Self-driven professional with strong initiative, ownership, and prioritization skills, capable of driving projects independently and achieving business objectives.
