Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Hospitality / Tourism Management or in any related field
Previous experience in customer service or front desk operations preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
