Position: Appointment Setter

Schedule: 6hrs/day

Key Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound phone calls to warm leads in a professional and engaging manner.
• Qualify prospective customers based on predefined criteria and sales scripts.
• Schedule qualified appointments directly into the assigned closer's calendar.
• Meet or exceed daily activity targets, including outbound calls, contacts made, appointments booked, and show rates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, notes, and follow-up tags within the CRM.
• Follow established processes for lead management and appointment scheduling.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve call strategies, conversion rates, and overall performance.
• Participate in coaching sessions, team meetings, and ongoing training initiatives.
• Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.
  
  
  

• Prior experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, appointment setting, lead generation, or a similar customer-facing sales role.
• Proven ability to conduct high-volume outbound phone outreach to warm and/or cold leads.
• Experience qualifying prospects using established criteria, scripts, or sales processes.
• Familiarity with scheduling appointments for sales representatives or closers.
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms and best practices for accurate data entry and lead management.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed daily activity, booking, and conversion targets.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Adaptable and coachable, with the ability to refine call techniques based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
