What You’ll Do✨ Member Experience & EngagementBring our member programming calendar to life with engaging, high-quality eventsHelp design and enhance experiences that align with member interestsSupport onboarding experiences that make new members feel instantly at homeIdentify creative ways to increase participation, satisfaction, and retention🎉 Event Planning & ExecutionOwn the full lifecycle of events—from planning to execution to follow-upCoordinate 100+ events annually, from intimate gatherings to large-scale club eventsEnsure every event runs smoothly, on time, and exceeds expectationsManage event budgets and track performance🤝 Cross-Team CollaborationPartner with Food & Beverage, Golf, Racquets, and Operations teamsLead coordination efforts to ensure everyone is aligned and preparedFollow structured planning processes to deliver consistent, high-quality events📣 Communication & CoordinationWork closely with the Communications team to promote events effectivelyEnsure all event details are accurate, timely, and aligned across channelsSupport clear and engaging communication with members💬 Member RelationshipsBe a visible, approachable presence during events and club activitiesBuild strong relationships and foster a sense of communityAct as a liaison between members and leadershipHandle feedback and service recovery with professionalism and care📊 Data, Reporting & ImprovementTrack attendance, engagement, and participation trendsGather feedback to continuously improve programmingComplete post-event reporting and share insights with leadershipHelp identify opportunities to elevate the member experienceWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred2–4+ years of experience in hospitality, events, or member relationsStrong organizational and event planning skillsExcellent communication and relationship-building abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with strong follow-throughFlexible schedule, including evenings and weekendsWhat Makes You Successful in This RoleYou take ownership and follow throughYou thrive in organized, fast-moving environmentsYou have an eye for detail and a passion for qualityYou love working with people and creating memorable experiencesYou’re a team player who communicates clearly and professionallyWhy Join Us?Be part of a dynamic, member-focused teamPlay a key role in shaping the club experienceWork in a collaborative, high-energy environmentOpportunities to grow and make a meaningful impactReady to Create Something Special?Apply today and help us deliver exceptional experiences that keep our members engaged, connected, and coming back for more.
