Your Role

As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will manage on-site activities from start to finish. Youll coordinate trades, monitor progress, and ensure each project meets expectations for quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily job site operations to keep projects on schedule and on budget
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries
• Perform quality control checks and maintain a clean, organized job site
• Track progress against timelines and key milestones
• Update schedules, job logs, and material needs using project management tools
• Partner with Project Managers to resolve challenges and keep projects moving
• Lead client walkthroughs and ensure a positive homeowner experience
• Enforce job site safety and compliance with building standards
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in construction supervision or similar field role
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Familiarity with tools such as CoConstruct and Microsoft Office (training available)
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
• Residential construction experience preferred (commercial experience considered)
• Ability to commute daily to job sites within Sussex County, DE
  
  

• Salary: $55,000-$75,000 annually (based on experience)
