Responsabilidades Da Posição

Apoio nas rotinas de contas a pagar e a receber, incluindo fluxo de caixa, agendamento de pagamentos, baixa de títulos e conciliação bancária.
Emissão de notas fiscais e boletos.
Organização e controle de documentos físicos e digitais (contratos, recibos, comprovantes).
Suporte aos processos de DP básico.
Utilização de Excel para controles, planilhas e relatórios (fórmulas básicas e tabelas dinâmicas).

Requisitos Obrigatórios Para a Posição

Ensino Superior cursando ou completo em Administração, Contabilidade, Economia ou áreas afins.
