Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Support Project Executives with day-to-day project execution
Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and change order management
Coordinate RFIs, submittals, and document control
Support scheduling and procurement activities
Participate in owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings
Help ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance on site
Build strong relationships with subcontractors and internal teams

The Successful Applicant

The Project Manager Will Have

2-6 years of experience in construction project managemen or Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
Experience on commercial, retail, healthcare, or interior projects
Familiarity with tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project (or similar)
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
A team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow
