About the Role:

As a Project Coordinator, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

You will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, acting as the central point of coordination across multiple workstreams.

This is a critical delivery role with direct impact on project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project activities across multiple teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Maintain project plans, timelines, and tracking documentation
• Monitor progress and identify risks or delays
• Support project managers with reporting and stakeholder updates
• Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and track action points
• Ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date
• Assist in improving project processes and workflows

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination
• Experience with tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira
• High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Nice to Have:

• Experience in digital, tech, or operations projects
• Exposure to Agile methodologies
