Our painters play a key role in delivering the final finished look on each project. This position focuses on light painting work following flooring installations, primarily trim touch-ups such as baseboards, quarter round, and transitions. The quality of your work helps leave a lasting impression on our customers. We respect the customer and their home, we deliver what we promise, and we clean up.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform light finish painting including baseboards, quarter round, and trim touch-ups
• Match existing paint colors and finishes as closely as possible
• Maintain clean, organized tools and a safe work environment
• Review scope of work prior to arrival and execute with attention to detail
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Ensure high-quality standards are met on every job
• Leave the job site clean and customer-ready
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience with residential painting, especially trim and detail work
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clean, precise finishes
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Must be comfortable working in occupied homes
• Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
  
  

Position Details

• 1099 subcontractor position (not full-time or part-time)
• Project-based, flexible scheduling
• Work available on an as-needed basis throughout the week

Compensation: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
