Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Distribution Center Coordinator (Cagayan de Oro)!

What are the Roles and Responsibilities?

• Inventory Management
• Oversee inventory levels to ensure accurate stock availability and timely replenishment.
• Monitor stock movements using the Warehouse Management System or SAP/ERP.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory.
• Investigate, reconcile, and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and system transactions.
• Coordinate Deliveries
• Schedule and coordinate inbound deliveries.
• Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
• Coordinate closely with transport providers, planners, and warehouse teams.
• Monitor delivery status and resolve any delays or issues.
• Warehouse Operations Supervision
• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure efficient workflow and adherence to operational standards.
• Monitor productivity and operational efficiency.
• Support manpower planning and workload distribution.
• Safety and Compliance
• Ensure all warehouse activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Promote and enforce company safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and organization within the warehouse.
  
  

• Proven experience in warehouse or distribution center operations.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), SAP, or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) and OPEX (Operating Expenditure).
• Strong inventory management and reconciliation skills.
• Good coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Willing to be assigned in Cagayan De Oro (ESMO URC Conso Warehouse Plant)
