Salary: R40,000 – R60,000 per month

Role Overview

An opportunity has become available for a hands-on and operationally focused Supply Chain Manager within a well-established organisation in the earthmoving and mining sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day supply chain and procurement activities, ensuring efficient sourcing, supplier performance, and seamless logistics coordination.

This role requires an individual who can step into a fast-paced environment and add immediate value through strong execution and problem-solving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement and supply chain operations
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service level agreements
• Coordinate logistics, inventory management, and stock control
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure delivery timelines are met
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align supply chain activities with operational requirements
  
  
  

• 3–5 years experience in Supply Chain / Procurement
• Experience within mining, manufacturing, or heavy equipment environments
• Strong supplier management and negotiation skills
• Experience with logistics, inventory, and procurement processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment
