Job Description

Scope

Lead overall operations across multiple sites, teams, or regions
Ensure smooth daily execution of business processes and service delivery
Monitor performance, targets, and operational KPIs closely
Improve efficiency, reduce costs, and remove process bottlenecks
Coordinate across departments like finance, HR, sales, and logistics
Manage workforce planning and capacity across operations
Handle escalations and ensure operational issues are resolved quickly
Drive continuous improvement and standardization of processes

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Strong background in operations, general management, or service delivery
Experience managing large teams or multi-site operations
Good track record of improving efficiency and execution quality
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Experience working in fast-paced or high-volume environments
Good understanding of process improvement methods
Strong leadership and people management skills
Able to balance strategy and hands-on execution
