What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Business Excellence Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence through data analysis, visualization, and problem-solving. This role demands a proactive and cross-functional mindset to enhance decision-making and improve business processes.

What You’ll Accomplish

• Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards using tools such as Tableau or Power BI to provide actionable insights.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.
• Address ambiguous operational challenges by designing and implementing effective solutions.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Engage with teams across various functions to gather requirements, understand challenges, and drive collaborative solutions.
• Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure alignment and consistency in business processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh perspectives to the team.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and take the initiative to implement enhancements.
  
  

Year 1 Deliverables

• Develop and implement at least three new dashboards that improve visibility into key business metrics.
• Identify and drive process improvements that result in measurable efficiency gains.
• Deliver comprehensive data analysis reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Establish cross-functional collaboration frameworks to enhance data-driven decision-making.
  
  

About You

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• You have proven experience in data analysis (Google Sheets), visualization, and SQL.
• You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• You possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to align teams across functions.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and can operate with minimal supervision.

• You have experience in a consumer-driven industry with a passion for the customer.
• You are proficient in advanced data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• You have experience working in a high-growth startup environment.
• You are skilled in Python or R for advanced data analytics.
