Welcome to Eden Academy Delahey. We are a child safe organisation, committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children.

Operating from 6.30am - 6.30pm we offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources. With both indoor and outdoor play areas, we create the perfect setting for 100 children to explore, grow, and thrive.

In Your Role As a Educator

• You will nurture little learners through playful learning and meaningful connection
• Create engaging environments that spark curiosity and wonder
• Show up with kindness, creativity, and a can-do spirit every day
• Communicate with confidence and build lasting bonds with families
• Bring positive energy and a team-first attitude to every room
  
  

What You’ll Bring:

• A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent)
• A current Working with Children Check
• Full Australian working rights
• A warm, professional presence and a genuine passion for early learning
• Confidence connecting with children, families, and the community
• Available to work Monday to Friday across a range of shift patterns, with flexibility to be on call at short notice to cover unexpected leave
• Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
