About The Job

As a Bookkeeper, you’ll play a key role in keeping our finances organized and on track across multiple global locations by accurately recording expenses in line with company policies, managing and entering credit card transactions into QuickBooks, monitoring day-to-day spending, and preparing clear financial reports. You’ll support smooth monthly bank reconciliations and the month-end close, provide management with timely insights, and proactively identify opportunities to keep budgets on track and prevent overspending—all while contributing to sound, informed financial decisions.

What Youll Do

Expense Tracking & Categorization:

• Track and record expenses across various global locations, ensuring all transactions are properly categorized.
• Sort and input credit card expenses into QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy in data entry.
• Monitor ongoing expenses and provide reports to ensure the budget is being adhered to.
  
  

• Input all financial transactions into QuickBooks, including expenses, payments, and income.
• Ensure accurate categorization and reconciliation of transactions within the accounting system.
  
  

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Resolve any discrepancies in bank records and ensure that all transactions are accounted for.
  
  

• Assist in closing the books at month-end, ensuring that all transactions are recorded and reconciled.
• Generate reports for management and assist in preparing financial summaries for review.
  
  

• Communicate with clients via email regarding their financial records, invoices, and other bookkeeping-related inquiries.
• Provide support and respond to client queries in a professional and timely manner.
  
  

• 1–2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related financial role
• At least 1 year of experience working with QuickBooks
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, including expense tracking, reconciliations, and general ledger entries
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial data entry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly when working with clients
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other standard office software
