Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business problems and propose technological solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Act as a liaison between IT teams and operational departments to ensure effective communication.
• Develop and document detailed business and system requirements for IT projects.
• Assess potential risks and devise mitigation strategies for IT project implementations.
• Identify technology trends and insights to support and evolve business processes effectively.
• Facilitate and lead meetings with stakeholders to gather project requirements and feedback.
• Oversee the testing of new systems and enhancements to existing systems.
• Continuously evaluate business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Provide support and guidance to junior analysts and other team members.
• Ensure change management procedures and methodologies are consistently followed for all projects.
• Coordinate with the project management team to develop realistic project plans and timelines.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on project progress and outcomes to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of five years experience in IT business analysis or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and collaborate with multiple business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with business intelligence tools and understanding of data analytics is desirable.
• Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) is an advantage but not essential.
