Responsibilities

  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to management.

  • Participate in job fairs, workshops, and other public recruiting events.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in recruitment.
  • Create and manage a talent pipeline for future employment opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruitment specialist for corporate roles is required.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including online and innovative methods.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritizations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • High degree of professionalism with solid negotiation and problem-solving skills.
