Job Description

An Operations Executive is a pivotal role in any organization, responsible for overseeing the production of goods and services. Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards to minimize operational risks.
  • Develop and manage budgets, allocating resources effectively across operational activities.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between operations and other departments.
  • Oversee logistics, including supply chain management and inventory control operations.
  • Identify operational challenges and develop creative and effective solutions promptly.
  • Implement training programs to enhance team capabilities and improve productivity.
  • Prepare and present operational reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an operations management or similar executive role.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to improve operational efficiencies.
  • Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with various departments and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in using operations management software and tools for efficiency tracking.
