What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be

Customer Development & Engagement

• Develop top key customers through national and customized activities.
• Maintain regular customer engagement to strengthen business relationships.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align store-level execution with broader company goals.
  
  

Store Operations & Execution

• Ensure perfect basics: stock availability, replenishment, visibility, and merchandising across all branches.
• Lead field execution teams to deliver efficient store operations and competitive growth.
• Guarantee point-of-purchase excellence based on agreed KPIs.
  
  

Category Growth & Promotions

• Plan and execute category-growing initiatives (both online and offline).
• Implement sales strategies, promotions, and marketing activities at store level.
• Drive on-shelf availability and “perfect store” targets to maximize sales.
  
  

New Store Openings

• Ensure successful new store launches by making Unilever brands stand out.
• Coordinate merchandising and visibility to establish strong brand presence from day one.
  
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and merchandising teams to optimize results.
• Manage stakeholders effectively to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
  
  

Experiences & Qualifications

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Mid-career with FMCG experience (1-2 years but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI and PPT
• Works well with teams and shareholders
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Willing to travel locally for work (Trade checks)
