Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users in a timely manner.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively and efficiently.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and related equipment.
• Monitor and manage network connectivity issues involving routers and switches.
• Coordinate with other IT team members to ensure business continuity and security.
• Perform regular system updates and backups to protect data integrity.
• Document technical procedures and solutions for future reference and training.
• Assist in the implementation of new technologies and system upgrades.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in a secure manner.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures at all times.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users on various software and IT systems.
• Respond to and resolve service desk tickets within established service level agreements.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in an IT support or technician role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach.
• Effective communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with network protocols, IP configurations, and remote desktop tools.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, and Mac OS operating systems is preferred.
