Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our dynamic human resources team. As an HR Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the HR department. You will work closely with HR managers and other team members to ensure efficient HR services and a smooth workflow. This position involves a mix of administrative, clerical, and HR-related tasks, providing ample opportunity to develop your HR career. Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
  • Compile and update employee records in both digital and paper formats.
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities.
  • Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training seminars as needed.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to post job vacancies and organize interviews.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires and employee exits smoothly.
  • Participate in the organization and planning of company events and activities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive employee information and records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant, or related position.
  • Familiarity with HR software, databases, and management systems is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude are highly valued.
  • Ability to maintain employee confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
