Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to engineering plans.
• Prepare detailed project estimates, budgets, and schedules for stakeholder review.
• Collaborate with surveyors, architects, and contractors for effective project execution.
• Ensure all projects comply with government and environmental regulations and standards.
• Prepare and present technical reports and project proposals to management and clients.
• Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software for drafting detailed project specifications.
• Develop risk management plans and implement mitigation strategies for project issues.
• Liaise with local authorities and acquire necessary permits for project deployment.
• Oversee the testing of materials and construction practices to maintain quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest developments and technologies in civil engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering project management.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) and civil engineering software tools.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and project management practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team and client interaction.
• Valid professional engineering (PE) license is highly preferred for this position.
• Ability to work effectively in both independent and collaborative team environments.
