Job Description

As a Chat Support Representative, you will be an integral part of our customer service team, providing exceptional customer experience through real-time chat interactions. Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer complaints by determining the cause of the problem and offering solutions.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement of customer service processes.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent customer service experience.
  • Stay current with new product and service developments to provide relevant information.
  • Monitor and report on customer feedback, escalating potential issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative service goals.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards during service delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer support or related field preferred.
  • Strong written communication skills with excellent spelling and grammar.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and multitasking environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is an advantage.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
