Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Chat Support Representative to join our customer service team. As a Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with our customers via live chat, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product or service information.   • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors as necessary for quick resolution.
  • Stay updated on company policies and products to provide accurate assistance.
  • Seek feedback and continuously strive to improve customer support skills.
  • Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
  • Meet performance targets set for response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is advantageous.
  • Excellent written communication skills with attention to grammar and clarity.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a resourceful mindset to handle issues efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using chat software and other customer service tools is essential.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
