Required Qualifications

• Master of Science in Agronomy, Soil Science, Plant Nutrition, Plant Physiology, Crop Science, or a related discipline
  
  

• Soil fertility and soil classification
• Banana nutrition management
• Soil amendments and fertility correction
• Crop physiology
• Specialty agricultural inputs and bio stimulants
• Experience in commercial banana production or tropical perennial crops.
• Proven experience designing, conducting, and completing agricultural research projects.
• Experience translating research results into operational recommendations.
• Experience in technical development, innovation, or R&D programs
  
  

• Strong experimental design, statistical analysis, and scientific interpretation skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to both technical and operational audiences.
• Experience using data analysis software and AI tools for research and reporting.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  
  

• Design, implement, and oversee field and nursery experiments related to soil management, plant nutrition, crop physiology, and specialty agricultural inputs.
• Manage research projects from planning and execution through data analysis, technical interpretation, and presentation of recommendations to stakeholders.
• Interpret soil and foliar analyses and develop science-based nutrient management recommendations.
• Evaluate soil suitability, classification, fertility constraints, and amendment strategies for banana production.
• Assess crop responses to nutrition programs, bio stimulants, stress-mitigation products, and other agronomic interventions.
• Prepare technical reports, research summaries, and business-oriented recommendations.
• Utilize data analytics and AI tools to support research interpretation and decision-making.
