Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Document customer interactions and solutions accurately.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting performance metrics.
  
  

Qualifications

• At least Sr High Grad or High School Graduate Curriculum
• Preferably with call center experience but not required
• Salary Package:
• Php 16,500 No BPO Experience
• Php 19,500 and above With BPO Experience
